I’m a native Hoosier from Carmel, Indiana. My wife Kim and I have one son and 4 dogs. We are staunch supporters of pet rescue and encourage others to join us in that endeavor.
Before I began my career as a real estate and construction law attorney, I worked for the Marion County Board of Metropolitan Development and owned a small company involved in landscape and hardscape construction work. I later acquired my real estate license in order to gain a better understanding of the training required of real estate brokers and agents.
I believe my construction and real estate background help me understand many intricate details of my clients’ cases, that I would not otherwise appreciate. I think it makes me more effective in my role as an advocate for my clients.
If there is one thing I’ve learned over my decades of practicing law, its that clients don’t want you to tell them what the law is, they want you to tell them you can fix the problem. So, that is how I approach every case. I solve the problem.
